## Questions about pricing

### Who gets 2 months free?

Everyone who signs up for an annual plan before the end of 2026. Your first year costs $70 instead of $84, about 17% off paying monthly. After that, the plan renews at its regular annual price.

### What happens when the trial ends?

At day 14, every Shell stops answering agents until you subscribe. Your Gmail connection, rules and audit log are kept for 30 days, and subscribing resumes everything as it was. After 30 days Clam revokes its Gmail access and deletes your Shells and rules.

### What if I go over my email volume?

Agent requests that would exceed the monthly cap are denied until the next monthly reset. Clam never charges for overage.

### How does annual billing work?

You pay for the year up front, and we'll remind you before it renews so you can cancel first. Price changes are announced before they take effect and never apply to a period you have already paid for.

### What happens if I cancel?

Clam keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then follows the same 30-day grace period as an ended trial.
